ALLDATA Manage Online Now Features Integrated WHI/Nexpart Catalog

Manage Online is ALLDATA's shop management system that allows shops to manage everything from technician and bay schedules to customer experience and profitability - anytime, anywhere.

alldata-logoALLDATA LLC announced that the newly improved Nexpart eCommerce solution by WHI Solutions is now an integrated catalog in ALLDATA Manage Online. ALLDATA has enabled a seamless multi-vendor ordering system within Manage Online, allowing shops to work more efficiently and increase revenue.

Manage Online is ALLDATA’s shop management system that allows shops to manage everything from technician and bay schedules to customer experience and profitability – anytime, anywhere. This new integration enhances the Nexpart catalog functionality, which is currently available to Manage Online customers. The Nexpart eCommerce solution is connected to an extensive distributor network, making it faster and easier to order parts from the AutoZone, Transtar and WHI/Nexpart online catalogs within Manage Online.

“ALLDATA Manage Online is designed to help customers streamline their business management operations, and the Nexpart catalog integration will further those goals,” said Mitch Major, president of ALLDATA LLC. “Using integrated catalogs to create estimates and invoices is much more efficient and allows shops to better meet customers’ needs. We are pleased to expand our relationship with WHI to serve customers and look forward to further strengthening our relationship.”

ALLDATA says its Product Development team is focused on product enhancements that improve the performance of the shops they serve. This integration reduces the steps needed to create invoices, improve accuracy and complete repairs more quickly to get vehicles back to customers.

“Our next-generation Nexpart catalog makes it simple for customers to research and order parts from thousands of locations including major retailers, buying group member warehouses and stores, independent sellers and specialists from one easy-to-use interface,” said Jim Grubbs, director of product marketing at WHI Solutions. “The seamless integration with ALLDATA Manage Online reduces re-keying and improves accuracy, helping our customers increase profits and spend less time ordering parts. It’s truly a win-win-win for all involved.”
