Auto Value And Bumper To Bumper Say Mahalo As Their Great Hawaiian Getaway Comes To An End

The Great Hawaiian Getaway technician promotion ran from October through November 2016. The lucky grand prize winners received an entry into the sweepstakes with each $150 order of products from a select group of sponsors.

The Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance sadly said Aloha this past Saturday as the Great Hawaiian Getaway came to a close.

“Mahalo is Hawaiian for thank you,” said JC Washbish, marketing manager of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance. “We had a great week. We are all taking back memories that will last a lifetime. The success of this trip falls directly on our fantastic customers. Simply put, we have the best customers in the business. This week was our chance to say Mahalo and yesterday it was sad to say Aloha one last time.”

On Monday, 100 attendees flew in from all over North America and were greeted with a celebratory lei and private welcome reception.

Tuesday was a day of relaxation with a beach party at a private lagoon on the grounds of the Hilton Hawaiian Village followed by an exclusive luau.

Veterans from Auto Value and Bumper to Bumper were honored Wednesday at Pearl Harbor during a private luncheon on the fantail of the USS Missouri.

Thursday and Friday featured several different Hawaiian adventures including sailing, snorkeling, ATV riding, zip-lining, movie studio tours and deep sea fishing.

“This was a first class event from start to finish and will be one we remember forever,” said Mark Dunham of Dunham Services in Watrous, Saskatchewan.

As the trip came to an end, the winners and their guests gathered for a lavish private farewell dinner on the great lawn of the Hilton Waikiki Village where they were greeted by hula girls, treated to live music and amazing fire dancers.
