Permatex Ultra Synthetic RTV Gasket Maker provides excellent adhesion and flexibility, and maintains a tough, reliable silicone rubber seal. According to the company, it will not harden, shrink or crack. The gasket maker also is low odor, non-corrosive, non-flammable and sensor safe. When cured, it creates a flexible seal that resists aging, weathering and thermal cycling, and has a temperature resistance is up to 500 degrees F.
