Magnum Gaskets Launches ‘Learn And Earn 2016’ Online Summer Gasket Training Promotion

Participants can gain practical knowledge of automotive gasket installation with chance to win a trip to the 2016 SEMA Show and AAPEX in Las Vegas.

Dana_Learn_earn_-300x277Automotive professionals who handle or install gaskets now have an extra incentive to complete the free online GasketMaster training program – courtesy of Magnum Gaskets’ summer “Learn and Earn 2016” promotion.

From now through Aug. 31, installers and salespersons who successfully complete the training program and the corresponding six section quizzes, will receive a framed certificate of recognition as a “Gasket Expert” and will automatically be entered in a drawing to win a trip for two to the 2016 SEMA and AAPEX Shows in Las Vegas, including airfare, hotel and $1,000 in spending money. In addition, the first 500 entries will receive a free Magnum Gaskets T-shirt.

The free online GasketMaster training program is designed to help automotive technicians and parts retailers boost their knowledge of automotive gaskets and their proper application and installation. It includes three main topic areas – gasket function, gasket design and gasket installation – and teaches how each can impact the success of automotive repairs.

“The training program provides valuable, practical information about working with gaskets that we are confident will be beneficial to participants in making future automotive repairs and explaining parts selection to customers,” said Doug Wolma, vice president and general manager, Dana Aftermarket Group. “Even if someone isn’t currently installing or selling Magnum Gaskets products, the training program will certainly be useful in raising their gasket IQ.
