Dorman Products announced that effective immediately, the ID cloning feature on all Dorman DiRECT-FIT TPMS Sensors is fully compatible with the TPMS3 diagnostic tool from Snap-on. This new arrangement makes it even easier for technicians to take advantage of the Dorman DiRECT-FIT TPMS solution while servicing their customers’ TPMS sensor replacement needs, according to Dorman.

DiRECT-FIT, Dorman’s line of one-to-one replacement sensors, offers cloning capability in every Dorman sensor currently on the market. ID Cloning benefits the technician by eliminating the relearn procedure typically required when a new TPMS sensor is installed. Avoiding the relearn process can save technicians an average of 30 minutes of valuable bay time. Dorman’s DiRECT-FIT sensor offering provides industry-leading cloneable coverage for more than 90 percent of today’s vehicles.
