Gates Moves Automotive Aftermarket Customer Loyalty Program Online

Gates Corporation announced significant enhancements to its popular Automotive Aftermarket Customer Loyalty Program, formerly called "Tool Bucks." At the heart of the new program, now known as Gates Exchange, is the Gates Exchange website, which features an online process for accumulating, tracking and redeeming Gates-branded product UPCs for merchandise and professional-grade tools.

Gates Corporation announced significant enhancements to its popular Automotive Aftermarket Customer Loyalty Program, formerly called “Tool Bucks.” At the heart of the new program, now known as Gates Exchange, is the Gates Exchange website, which features an online process for accumulating, tracking and redeeming Gates-branded product UPCs for merchandise and professional-grade tools. In addition to providing participants in the program greater ease-of-use, the new site will serve as a direct connection to new product information and the Gates online catalog — NaviGates.

In addition to featuring new merchandise, the new program also provides incentives for professional service technicians to educate and recommend Gates products to their customers. Technicians can prevent comebacks by providing a complete repair for their customer’s vehicle and earn more points.

Similar to the old program, points are earned by purchasing Gates-branded products. Technicians save qualifying Gates UPCs and mail them in. Once the UPCs are received, reward points are added to an online account, and an e-mail confirmation will be sent with the account balance. Technicians will be able to log onto the website to check their points balance and redeem merchandise. Visit www.gatesgx.com.
