Toyota Electronic Parts Catalog Now Available to Independent Repair Shops

For the first time ever, Toyota is making the full electronic catalog of Genuine Toyota Parts available online to independent repair shops.

The Toyota Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) will provide shops with the same parts information available to Toyota dealers. Access to the Toyota EPC, as well as electronic ordering, is available free through Toyota’s website at ToyotaPartsAndService.com.

Access to the Toyota EPC is available to shops only when sponsored by a participating Toyota STAR Elite dealer.

How the EPC Benefits Repair Shops:

>    VIN-specific searches reduce error rates when identifying and ordering parts.

>    Access to the same parts data your Toyota dealer has, including detailed diagrams and illustrations to help find the exact parts and part numbers.

>     Data is updated frequently by Toyota so shops are working with the most current Toyota parts data available.

>     Locate, estimate and order parts anytime, directly through your preferred Toyota STAR Elite dealer.

Access is free and available only through participating Toyota STAR Elite dealers.

Independent repair facilities (IRFs) can access and experience the benefits the Toyota EPC provides only by being invited by a participating Toyota STAR Elite dealer. Contact your preferred Toyota dealer to see if they participate in the STAR Elite program, and tell them you’re interested in access to the Toyota EPC. To locate a Toyota STAR Elite dealer in your area, visit www.toyotapartsandservice.com and click on the Dealer Locator button in the upper right.

To try a “hands-on” demonstration of the Toyota EPC, visit Toyota Genuine Parts at CARS booth C9001.
