The Automotive Service Association (ASA) has announced that the 2007 Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS) will be held Nov. 1-3 at the Flamingo Las Vegas. CARS is sponsored by ASA’s Mechanical Division and is held annually in Las Vegas during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW).

CARS has grown to become "the meeting place for automotive service and repair professionals," and will again offer cutting-edge technical training and AMI-approved management courses. The event will also feature its popular exhibitor showcase highlighting beneficial products and services for the automotive service professional.

"With the return to the Flamingo Las Vegas, we’re anticipating a positive impact on attendance by providing very affordable room rates along with our traditional top-of-the-line education sessions," said Robbie Addison, manager of ASA’s Mechanical Division. "This year’s event will again offer ‘the best deal in town’ and plans are already underway to select timely topics for the education sessions and numerous networking opportunities."

Discounts will again be offered to attendees who register early. Registration information and other details about the event will be posted on the official CARS website, www.CARSonline.org, as they become available.

The Automotive Service Association is the largest not-for-profit trade association of its kind dedicated to and governed by independent automotive service and repair professionals. ASA serves an international membership base that includes numerous affiliate, state and chapter groups from both the mechanical and collision repair segments of the automotive service industry.
