Identifix Launches New Corporate Website

Identifix has updated its corporate website. According to the company, the new site reflects the company's position as the authority in providing short-cut diagnostic tests and confirmed fix procedures as well as OEM service and repair information, factory scheduled maintenance and estimating information, helping its customers to increase productivity and revenue.

Identifix, an industry leader in vehicle diagnostics for over 25 years, has updated its corporate website at identifix.com. According to the company, the new site reflects the company’s position as the authority in providing short-cut diagnostic tests and confirmed fix procedures as well as OEM service and repair information, factory scheduled maintenance and estimating information, helping its customers to increase productivity and revenue.

“Despite an abundance of content, our previous website needed to do a better job of telling our story and speaking to potential customers about how we can help them fix more vehicles accurately and profitably,” said Matt Cascarino, Identifix’s director of marketing. “We know shop owners are busy, so we now present our product attributes and benefits in a format that’s easier to absorb through limited text, an improved layout and a much greater use of video. Everything we do is driven by the needs of our customers and our refreshed website is no exception.”

The new identifix.com was redesigned with both prospective and existing customers in mind. Potential subscribers are able to get a clear understanding about the products and services Identifix offers in a structured, easily navigable and concise manner. Current subscribers to Identifix’s online tool, Direct-Hit, will notice prominently placed content that communicates the latest information about product enhancements and company news.

Information is delivered through high-level overviews, videos and a unique Test Drive section where users can access all of Direct-Hit’s features using a demonstration vehicle. Additional enhancements include easy access to training resources, such as short how-to videos and the addition of a Latest Updates section. Visitors can also view selected Fixes of the Week, which showcase interesting or unusual customer-submitted fix information.
