Zep Automotive Named Platinum Supplier By Toyota

Zep Automotive, a unit of Zep Inc., a leading consumable chemical packaged goods company that manufactures a wide variety of high-performance maintenance and cleaning chemicals, has been recognized with a Toyota Quality Alliance 2014 Platinum Supplier Award from Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Inc. The Platinum Supplier Award is presented to top parts and accessories suppliers who have consistently demonstrated their commitment to product development, product quality, operational quality and product support.

Zep Automotive manufactures and/or distributes maintenance chemical products to the approximately 1,500 Toyota and Lexus dealerships for use in their service centers across the United States.

The company received the award from representatives of Toyota Motor Sales at the automaker’s Parts and Accessories Supplier Conference on Oct. 29.

This is the sixth consecutive year Zep has been recognized by Toyota.
