wix-filters-15-logoWIX Filters has introduced new NanoPro technology. Initially featured in 33 heavy-duty air filter part numbers, the technology provides higher initial efficiency and a final efficiency of up to 99.99 percent, according to WIX.

“WIX’s commitment to innovation and continued advancement made this project truly unique,” said Donald Chilton, director of product management for WIX Filters. “This technology took a lot of careful consideration, research and adjustment to achieve the desired end result. The outcome? The first in a series of exceptionally efficient products. We’re thrilled to introduce these air filters into the heavy duty market.”

The NanoPro green media is easily recognized and the filters come with metal or poly end caps. WIX says the filters are ideally suited for on and off-road applications, mines with fine or ultra-fine dust, construction sites and agricultural environments. Through a proprietary process, the NanoPro media features a unique fiber coating.

Additional NanoPro line advancements will be rolled out in the coming months. For more information on WIX, visit wixfilters.com.
