Terry Regynski, Telstar Motors, Mitchell, SD, won a brand new 2006 Ford Mustang in a Motorcraft-sponsored raffle during the 2005 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX), held Nov. 1-4, in Las Vegas.

Regynski, a long-time AAPEX attendee, was on the AAPEX show floor when Jim Stewart, Motorcraft National Marketing Manager/Ford Customer Service Division, drew the winning ticket. Regynski is already an avid Mustang collector and restorer, and runs the internationally famous Telstar Mustang-Shelby-Cobra Museum, which features an extensive collection of fully restored Mustang, Shelby and Cobra automobiles.

"Usually all I ever win is a t-shirt. We like attending AAPEX and winning this new Mustang makes it the best AAPEX show ever," said Regynski, who learned he had won the Mustang upon his return home. Regynski had the option to upgrade the vehicle, which he chose to do, and is awaiting delivery of a 2006 black GT Mustang convertible with a red leather interior.

"On behalf of AAPEX and the sponsoring associations – AAIA and MEMA – we thank Motorcraft for giving away the Mustang. AAPEX buyers are great fans of these sporty, high-performance vehicles and this excitement created an unprecedented level of participation in the raffle," said Bill Glasgow, Sr., AAPEX show manager.
