MOTOSHOP Technology Tools’ $10,000 Summer Technology Makeover Contest Winners Announced

MOTOSHOP-BrownMOTOSHOP Technology Tools, a product portfolio offered by Advance Auto Parts, awarded Brown’s Alignment in Raleigh, North Carolina, with a grand prize of $10,000 in new shop technology equipment and the MOTOSHOP suite of services. In addition, second and third place prize package winners were announced:

• Second Place: Precision Auto in Brewer, Maine, received a one-year subscription to MOTOSHOP Technology Tools, including MotoSHOP Shop Management System, MotoREV Shop Marketing, MotoLOGIC Repair & Diagnostics and MotoSKILL Shop Tech Training.
• Third Place: Paradise Tire & Service in Stuart, Florida, received a one-year subscription to MotoLOGIC and MotoREV.

“Our panel of judges was humbled by the hundreds of dedicated, deserving shops across the country that entered the MOTOSHOP contest,” said Jad Dunning, vice president and general manager of MOTOSHOP Technology Tools. “We’re confident the technology makeover awarded to Brown’s Alignment will help their shop continue to deliver a great quality of service to its customers, and do so in ways that are new, exciting and efficient.”

MOTOSHOP representatives made a surprise visit to Brown’s Alignment on Oct. 6 to present the grand prize to shop owners Bayne and Ann Norris. Following an assessment of existing shop technology, Brown’s Alignment will receive new technology such as computers, tablets, printers, network hardware, online services or showroom TVs. Brown’s Alignment also will receive a year-long subscription to the technology services provided by MOTOSHOP.

“We are excited about the opportunities to grow and improve our business and team efficiency with the help from MOTOSHOP. It is an honor to be selected to receive these new tools and we are confident that they, in addition to new shop hardware, will help us improve quality of service for our loyal customers,” said Brown’s Alignment Vice President Bryan Norris.
