JohnDow Industries Completes Asset Purchase of Dynamic Merchandising Inc.

Mike Davidson, owner of Dynamic, will join JDI as the new national sales manager for the Dynamic business.

In an on-going effort to further diversify its product offerings in the automotive aftermarket industry, JohnDow Industries has recently completed the asset purchase of Dynamic Merchandising Inc. of Madison Heights, MI.

Dynamic is a national supplier of automotive fasteners, hardware and parts. Mike Davidson, owner of Dynamic, will join JDI as the new national sales manager for the Dynamic business.

Dynamic Merchandising will now be known as “Dynamic Automotive Fasteners & Supplies,” a new division of JohnDow Industries. Very soon, the Dynamic operations will be relocated to the 110,000 sq. ft. JDI production and distribution facility in Barberton, OH.

 The extensive product categories available through Dynamic include:
-   Brake & Fuel Lines                  -   TPMS Components
-   Body Shop Hardware              -   Wheel Studs & Nuts
-   Drain Plugs & Gaskets            -   Electrical Parts

Mark Pfleeger, vice president-sales, stated that “the addition of Dynamic and its product categories extends our product offerings even further and it will be a valuable member of the JohnDow Industries family.”
