Identifix Adds Spanish Speaking Technicians to Repair Hotline

Identifix, one of the nation's premier sources of online and hotline vehicle diagnostic, maintenance and repair information, announces the addition of Spanish speaking technicians to its Repair Hotline.

Identifix, one of the nation’s premier sources of online and hotline vehicle diagnostic, maintenance and repair information, announces the addition of Spanish speaking technicians to its Repair Hotline. The bi-lingual technicians are backed by Identifix’s 45 ASE master certified technicians and can support any problem on any vehicle for Identifix’s Spanish speaking customers.

The Repair Hotline is a pay-per-use service staffed with over 45 OE Factory Trained, ASE Master, L1 Carline Specialists that support Shop Owners and their technicians across North America.  Now with dedicated Spanish speaking automotive professionals, the hotline can better serve shops that are owned by or employ those that prefer communicating in Spanish.

“We’ve always recognized the demand for Spanish speaking hotline support. Diagnosing problem vehicles can be difficult and we didn’t want a language barrier to discourage techs from reaching out to us for assistance,” said Jeff Sweet, Identifix president.  “We’ll continue to work toward additional ways to serve this market segment.  This is just the beginning,” Sweet added.
