Delphi Expands Support Services, Adds New Interactive Training Programs

The Delphi TechSource iCD program eliminates the challenge of viewing robust content via the Web using standard dial-up connections. Users of high speed and dial-up connections can benefit equally from this program.

The Delphi TechSource iCD program eliminates the challenge of viewing robust content via the Web using standard dial-up connections. How, you may ask? The animation and graphics for the program are accessed from a CD as the participant maneuvers through the course via the Web. Users of high speed and dial-up connections can benefit equally from this program.

Utilizing the latest technology available, Delphi has made it possible for the dial-up participant to access rich video as easily as if the connection were broadband.

The iCD keeps track of everything the user is doing so the next session will resume where it left off. There are various vehicle systems training courses available, including: Advanced OBD II Drivability, HVAC, Advanced Lab Scope Diagnosis and Undercar Service.

A demonstration of the iCD courses can be viewed at www.delphi-iss.com in the Training Products section.
