Bosch Diagnostics Named 2011 ‘NAPA Tools and Equipment Supplier of the Year’

Bosch Diagnostics has been named the 'NAPA Tools and Equipment Supplier of the Year' for 2011. The prestigious award was presented to the Bosch Diagnostics Business Unit at the NAPA Tools & Equipment Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Feb. 4.

Bosch Diagnostics has been named the ‘NAPA Tools and Equipment Supplier of the Year’ for 2011. The prestigious award was presented to the Bosch Diagnostics Business Unit at the NAPA Tools & Equipment Annual Meeting in Atlanta, Feb. 4.

It was the first time the Diagnostics Business Unit at Bosch had won the NAPA Supplier of the Year award, which honored Bosch for ranking highest in sales, training, creative promotions, field support, and customer service. Bosch was also recognized for a 99% order fill rate.

NAPA Tools and Equipment sales team members from throughout the United States nominated suppliers for the award, based on a wide range of selection criteria. The award was presented by Dave Nicki, vice president, NAPA Tools & Equipment and given to Jim Graninger, vice president, Workshop Test Equipment for Bosch Diagnostics Business Unit. The entire Bosch Diagnostics Business Unit sales force was in attendance at the meeting.

“On behalf of all of the Bosch Diagnostics sales team, I accept this most distinguished award. It is an honor to be recognized so highly by a great customer," Graninger said.

Bosch Diagnostics Business Unit supplies NAPA with diagnostic tools, equipment and software, wheel and tire service equipment, air conditioning and fluid exchange equipment, training and support.
