ASA Announces First-Ever National Oil Purchasing, Rebate Program With Shell/Pennzoil

ASA-logoThe Automotive Service Association (ASA) has announced a new member benefit for service and repair shops: a national oil purchasing program that will enable ASA members to purchase Shell/Pennzoil oil products and earn quarterly rebates. It’s the first-ever program of its kind, according to ASA.

Rebates will be based on how much oil is purchased, and rebate checks will be mailed quarterly to its members by ASA.
Dan Risley, ASA’s president and executive director, said the rebates could far exceed the cost of ASA membership in as little as a few weeks. Risley, in announcing the new program, said: “Having a trusted partner such as Shell/Pennzoil further illustrates ASA’s commitment to excellence and service to the automotive industry.

“We are continually seeking new and innovative value-added membership programs. We believe this program is not only unique, it’s truly a differentiator relative to profitability and competitiveness in the marketplace.”

ASA members wishing to participate in the program will need to contact DYK Automotive, which is partnering with Shell/Pennzoil to make the program possible. To qualify for rebates, all oil purchases must be made through DYK Automotive. There is a minimum amount required per order. All rebates will be processed through ASA.

For more information about this national oil purchasing program, contact the Membership team at ASA at (817) 514-2931 or visit the ASA Marketplace, an online benefits portfolio, at ASA.bizunite.com. (Your email address serves as your username, and the password is asa.)
