Federated Auto Parts Adds New Features to Redesigned Website

Federated Auto Parts has redesigned its website to offer more information for its members and their service technician customers. The updated site offers new training and tech tips, plus enhanced information about Federated marketing and support programs for professional service technicians.

Federated Auto Parts has redesigned its website (www.FederatedAutoParts.com) to offer more information for its members and their service technician customers.  The updated site offers new training and tech tips, plus enhanced information about Federated marketing and support programs for professional service technicians.

“We have redesigned our website to make it more user friendly and provide more pertinent information that our members and professional technician customers can use on a daily basis,” said John Marcum, marketing services manager for Federated Auto Parts.  “We have made the site more interactive and a hub of information to help our service provider customers run their businesses and perform their jobs more efficiently and productively.”

The new and improved “Tech Tips and Media” pages features links to the “Two Guys Garage” videos, featuring products from Federated’s manufacturing partners. Also available for viewing are Federated’s latest television commercials starring longtime Federated spokesperson Kenny Schrader.

The updated “Education and Training” page offers links to videos and training information from some of Federated’s leading partners such as Standard, Delphi, AC Delco, KYB and NGK.  The redesigned site also provides easier access for consumers and service technicians to information about Federated’s Car Care, Nationwide Warranty and Roadside Assistance programs.

“The Federated Auto Parts website is a useful resource for visitors including members and professional service technicians who rely on Federated for top quality brand name parts,” said Marcum.  “Our plan is to add even more information and videos in the future, and provide timely information about the great promotions we are running for our Car Care customers.”
