As part of an ongoing effort to meet the needs of professional technicians, FRAM has a newly upgraded hotline to assist the professional mechanic. The hotline connects automotive professionals directly to the FRAM lab in Perrysburg, OH, where automotive experts are on standby.

As part of an ongoing effort to meet the needs of professional technicians, FRAM, a leading American oil filter brand, has a newly upgraded hotline to assist the professional mechanic. The hotline connects automotive professionals directly to the FRAM lab in Perrysburg, OH, where automotive experts are on standby.

“Service for professional technicians is of the utmost importance to the FRAM team and this hotline is one of the many ways we are putting our customers first,” said Katina Wall, product manager for FRAM.

The hotline connects callers with a live expert in approximately 30 seconds. Multilingual agents are also available and can support callers in English, Spanish or French.

Extended hotline hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
