As part of its expanded motorsports program, Federated Auto Parts will sponsor Roadrunner Motorsports in 2010. As part of the agreement, Federated will also sponsor veteran NASCAR driver Jim Inglebright in two NASCAR K&N Pro Series West races.

“We are very excited to be working with Roadrunner Motorsports and Jim Inglebright in 2010,” said J.R. Bishop, director of racing and event marketing for Federated Auto Parts. “Last season, Jim won the Portland race driving the Federated Auto Parts Chevrolet so we are hoping for two wins from him this season. The two races we are sponsoring will be held in areas where we have members so we plan on hosting two tremendous hospitality events at those tracks for our members and their customers.”

As part of its sponsorship, Federated will serve as the “Official Auto Parts Supplier” to Roadrunner Motorsports and sponsor Inglebright when he races June 19 in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West Sonoma 200 at the Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, Calif. and July 18 at the NASCAR K&N Pro Series West 125 at the Portland International Speedway. Last season, Inglebright was victorious in Portland in front of an enthusiastic group of Federated customers and guests.
