Ingersoll-Rand is pleased to announce the launch of a completely redesigned website, www.irtools.com. The site aims to be more informative and user-friendly: an electronic “one-stop shop” for all things. Tools, pumps, air motors, compressors and all other materials produced by Ingersoll-Rand Productivity Solutions are now available on one comprehensive, easy-to-use site.

In addition to the new look and feel, the website also gives potential users the ability to learn more about Ingersoll-Rand products, service and support; as well as how Ingersoll-Rand works with businesses to develop solutions to their manufacturing needs.

The site features a new service and support section providing current tool owners additional resources on servicing and maintaining their equipment, ensuring a longer-lasting tool. An Ingersoll-Rand Service Locator directs customers to their closest Ingersoll-Rand service facility based on the customer’s location. The service and support section also provides customers with access to technical publications, and allows them to register for product warranties online.

Visitors now have the ability to educate themselves about all Ingersoll-Rand products on the Web. Specifications, features, benefits and images – everything customers need to help the decision-making process. Users even have the ability to access and print sales materials for more than 900 Ingersoll-Rand vehicle, industrial and assembly tools.
