Mitchell 1 announces it has partnered with MyCarPage.com to expand its popular Customer Retention Marketing (CRM) program to include eCRM; the e-mail based service designed for small-to-medium sized automotive repair shops and for shops that want to try the CRM program at a lower monthly price.

“We’re excited to offer the new program because it allows automotive repair shops the ability to dramatically improve customer loyalty by combining a custom web portal with e-mail communication resulting in a complete retention solution” said Chris Arden, product manager for CRM. “Whether it’s a large shop or a small one, Mitchell 1 has the products to fit every need.”

This new eCRM program is fully integrated with Mitchell 1’s OnDemand5 Manager product and offers comprehensive CRM reports including Response Rate and ROI monthly measurements.

Features of eCRM include:

1. Initial e-mail matching service to acquire e-mails for shop customers included in sign up.

2. Additional e-mails can be purchased at a reasonable fee.

3. Shop website provided for nominal fee.

4. Unique customer Web portal for shop customers and vehicles with features including:

  • Customer access to vehicle repair history from shop;
  • Local traffic and gas price information;
  • Promotions and specials provided from shop;
  • NADA vehicle resale value; and
  • Manufacturer scheduled service information.

Mitchell 1’s CRM program helps repair facilities increase their revenue and improve their customer loyalty. Participating shops are able to contact their patrons with professional, personalized reminders, in mail and e-mail form, when they are due for scheduled maintenance.

The automated nature of the program allows CRM shops to reach their customers several times a year, with minimal time investment on their part. The CRM program was built specifically for the Mitchell 1 OnDemand5 Manager program; therefore, contact preferences and vehicle information can be updated automatically without a need to call the Support Center.
