Prestone Wins Two AAPEX Awards With New Triple Seal Protection With DuPont Kevlar

PrestonePrestone Products Corporation, an innovation leader in cooling system products, received two major awards at AAPEX 2015: Best New Product and Best New Packaging.

AAPEX Buyers voted Prestone Triple Seal Protection Stop Leak Best New Product: Chemical, Lubricant & Filters.

“AAPEX attendees were highly impressed with the technology and packaging breakthroughs presented by Prestone’s Triple Seal Protection Stop Leak products, which validates the impact these products have on the automotive aftermarket,” said Steven Clancy, president of Prestone.

Representatives from the Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies (PPMI) also awarded the product line with Best New Packaging Innovation, for packaging that demonstrates new ideas, new designs, materials or techniques and that reflects important new marketing strategies.

“The unique three compartment packaging system utilizes four custom-molded components and enables enhanced communication of the features and benefits of the products” said Tom Kalagher, product manager at Prestone. “The product packaging drives both consumer interest and serves as a communication tool to show the ease and effectiveness of the products.”
