FRAM Launches Website Featuring Exclusive Video Content From Sponsored Athletes

FRAMWEBFRAM, a leading U.S. oil filter brand, recently launched a new web and mobile site dedicated to highlighting Team FRAM athletes including UFC fighters Johny “Bigg Rigg” Hendricks and Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone and Joe Gibbs Racing Motocross riders Justin Barcia and Weston Peick. TeamFRAM.com features exclusive content for fans including “Done Right” videos with UFC fighters Hendricks and Cerrone, interviews with Team FRAM athletes, information on upcoming sweepstakes and more.

“We want to create an experience for fans to engage with the FRAM brand in ways that speak to their interests and carry out FRAM’s ‘do it right’ mentality beyond what consumers today know about our filters,” said Rich Fleming, vice president of sales and marketing for FRAM Filtration. “The launch of TeamFRAM.com is just one way we’re aligning our community outreach efforts with the new ways fans are consuming media: through video content online that’s inherently shareable.”

FRAM announced the sponsorship of Team FRAM athletes in January. Additional Done Right videos and Team FRAM fan content will be added online throughout 2015.

Johny “Bigg Rigg” Hendricks is the former UFC welterweight champion and two-time NCAA wrestling champion from Oklahoma State. Hendricks defeated Matt Brown in a welterweight bout at UFC 185 on Sat., March 14 in Dallas.

Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone is the winner of his last seven bouts in the Octagon and the No. 3 ranked UFC Lightweight contender. Cerrone will fight No. 2 ranked UFC Lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 187 on May 23 in Las Vegas.

Justin Barcia and Weston Peick are members of Joe Gibbs Racing Motocross (JGRMX), a North Carolina-based professional supercross and motocross team. The two Team FRAM riders compete in the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship and the Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship race series.
