Mitchell 1 is now offering free online training sessions for its ProDemand repair information software to help customers optimize navigation and get the most out of the product for their businesses. Join Mitchell 1 experts every weekday at 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. EST (9 a.m. and 2 p.m. PST) for a 30-minute product overview, including real-world look-ups, followed by an interactive session where users can ask specific questions. To join the sessions or to learn more about them, visit www.ProDemand.com and click on the “ProDemand Workshops” link.

“We’re offering in-depth ProDemand training so users can quickly transition from their existing repair information systems to the all-new ProDemand and learn how to effectively navigate the entire system such as looking up a component, using our wiring diagrams or viewing torque specs,” said Hixson.

The training sessions require a computer to view the presentation and a phone to call for audio. For specific questions about ProDemand training, e-mail [email protected].
