Todd Gordon, crew chief for Joey Logano and Penske Racing’s No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford Fusion, received his second MOOG Steering and Suspension “Problem Solver of the Race” Award after Logano posted his sixth top-10 finish in 16 starts during Sunday’s Party in the Poconos NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Pocono Raceway, Long Pond, Pa. Gordon now trails Ryan Newman (No. 39 Chevrolet) crew chief Matt Borland by one weekly MOOG win in the battle for the $100,000 MOOG “Problem Solver of the Year” Award.

The new MOOG parts include right and left front tie rod ends for 2010-2012 Toyota Prius and 2011-2012 Lexus CT 200H hybrid passenger cars; right and left stabilizer bar link kits for 2011-2012 Nissan Juke all-wheel-drive and 2012 Honda Civic models; and right and left outer tie rod ends for 2010-2012 Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKZ hybrid models. Federal-Mogul also has introduced a rear, L-shaped sway bar link kit for 2010-2012 Hyundai Tucson, 2011-2012 Kia Optima and Sportage, and 2011-2012 Hyundai Sonata models.

Paul Wolfe, crew chief for defending NASCAR Sprint Cup champion Brad Keselowski, worked his magic in the pits to help propel the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford Fusion to a solid third-place finish and return Keselowski to the top of the championship points standings during Sunday’s Food City 500 at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway. Following the race, Wolfe received NASCAR’s top weekly honor for pit professionals, Federal-Mogul’s MOOG “Problem Solver of the Race” Award.
