VDO OE HVAC Electric Motors Line Expanded to More than 1,400 SKUs

Offers OE fit, form and function for more than 200 million North American vehicles.

Continental Corporation, a leading aftermarket supplier of VDO OE-engineered replacements parts, has just expanded its full line of world class VDO HVAC blower motors, cooling fan motors and cooling fan assemblies to more than 1,400 SKUs. Since November 2009, Continental has added an additional 20 electric motors and 185 cooling fan assemblies to the program, with most new applications for imports and late-model coverage. More part numbers will continue to be added throughout 2010.

According to Rick Wagner, VDO product manager, “The VDO HVAC motor line is the most comprehensive on the market. We offer exact fit coverage for more than 200 million registered vehicles in North America, with applications for import and domestic cars, SUVs and light trucks up to model year 2010. Our exceptional range of coverage literally reaches back over the last 45 years.”

The VDO HVAC motors offer quiet operation, dependable performance and competitive pricing. Features include thicker windings, larger commutators and dual bearing technology for optimal operation and longer life.

All VDO motors are made to OE quality standards in TS/ISO certified facilities to the same specifications and quality standards as the OE components supplied by Continental to automakers worldwide.
