Valvoline has announced that its full, six-part “Valvolina: The Collector’s Cup with Frank Fritz” video series is now available for viewing at Team.Valvoline.com.
The series – featuring unique Valvoline memorabilia selected by Fritz, expert picker – consists of both public and Team.Valvoline.com members-only episodes.
“To see the different types of Valvoline memorabilia individuals had in their personal collections was exciting for all of us,” said Jamal Muashsher, Valvoline vice president of marketing. “We hope the public enjoys learning more about a true American brand through ‘Valvolina.’”
The “Valvolina: The Collector’s Cup with Frank Fritz” video series includes the following individual episodes:
Episode #1: “The Proposition”

Lexington, Kentucky
Valvoline CEO Sam Mitchell has a proposition for Frank Fritz. In commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the brand, Mitchell challenges Fritz to aid in the search of iconic Valvoline Petroliana (gas station/petroleum industry memorabilia) from the past 150 years.
Episode #2: “Frank Picks Dave’s Garage”
Lebanon, Tennessee
The first leg of Fritz’s journey takes him south to Tennessee where he meets up with an old friend with an affinity for service station memorabilia.
Episode #3: “On The Road Again”
Newark, New Jersey
After beginning his search in Tennessee, Fritz travels north to New Jersey, where he gets a glimpse of the deeper story behind the Valvoline brand.
Episode #4: “Freedom is the Only Way”
Freedom, Pennsylvania
Fritz visits Freedom, Pennsylvania – the place that made Valvoline a household name – to pick the collection of Kevin Bick. Fritz and Bick discuss their love for Petroliana, as well as the town of Freedom and how it influenced Bick’s impressive antiques – including a selection of Freedom Oil Co. relics that are almost 100 years old. The episode ends on a cliffhanger with Fritz’s reaction to Bick opening his garage.
Episode #5: “Resolve”
Freedom, Pennsylvania
Frank is amazed at Bick’s most impressive pieces with both Freedom Oil Co. and Valvoline designation, specifically a one-of-a-kind, branded item that Frank hopes to make part of the Valvoline collection.
Episode #6: “Conclusion”

Lexington, Kentucky
Fritz returns to Valvoline headquarters in Lexington, reuniting with Mitchell and presenting historic, picked pieces tracing Valvoline’s story. They discuss Valvoline’s legacy, how it has shaped the brand today and what it means for the future.
