Trico Products recently announced the launch of an all-new upgraded website designed to quickly guide consumers, aftermarket auto professionals and original equipment manufacturers to the information they need.

The new tricoproducts.com has been completely re-invented with new navigation that intuitively directs visitors to the products and information most relevant to them. This navigation features front page tabs for drivers, trade and OEM visitors that allow each of these audiences to access the content about TRICO products specific to their needs. Information readily available for each audience includes:

Drivers
• Wiper products; where to buy; find your wiper size; installation videos
Trade
• Wiper products; online catalog; installation videos; sales support
OEM
• Products; global aftermarket; technology and innovation

In addition to the more intuitive navigation, the new site prominently reflects the company’s new refreshed branding— “seeing you through” — which features the clean, honest look and message used throughout TRICO’s packaging, advertising, promotions, sales and in-store support materials.

The new website is integrated with the TRICO pages on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube channels where TRICO shares news and information on visibility and safety issues. These social channels now provide a forum for drivers to share their “moments of truth,” offer helpful videos demonstrating the proper installation of wipers, announce promotional offers, and engage with prospective employees and business partners.

“When designing this new site, our goal was to create a best-in-class portal that was not only easy for our visitors to use, but also provides valuable information that will keep them coming back,” said Kevin O’Dowd, global director of marketing, corporate branding and strategy for Trico Products.  “The new tricoproducts.com better reflects our refreshed brand image while also guiding users to the specific content they need in fewer clicks.”

For over 90 years, Trico Products has been one of the world’s largest manufacturers of wiper blade products and systems with major operations in Asia, Australia, North America, South America and the European Union.
