The Hybrid Shop Announces Free Hybrid Training Day For Shop Owners During SEMA

The Hybrid Shop (THS), a growing international network of dealers committed to providing expert care for hybrid-electric vehicles (HEVs), will host a complimentary Hybrid Training Day event for shop owners during the SEMA Show 2014 in Las Vegas, in partnership with independently-owned tire and auto service company Ted Wiens Tire and Auto Centers.

The Hybrid Training Day event for shop owners will take place on Nov. 3, 2014, the day before the SEMA Show officially opens, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Ted Wiens Auto Service, 4435 W. Wigwam Ave. Attendance is invitation-only, with no obligation. Lunch is provided, and registration is required.

Attendees of this exclusive event will receive key insights and information around HEV auto service offerings, and the opportunities they present for continued business growth. Key topics of discussion will include:

• Practical insights into increasing car count and strategies to maximize overall profits by learning how to diagnose, service, maintain and repair all hybrid vehicle systems, including THS’ proprietary HEV battery conditioning, only available from THS;

• Free education and training of HEV systems and components, led by Chief Technical Officer of Automotive Research & Design (AR&D), Dr. Mark Quarto, and THS executives; and

• Sessions on the business case for the HEV market and service offerings, to show attendees how to implement these services now and watch their market segments, local footprint, and profits skyrocket.

“This Hybrid Training Day event promises to be a rewarding, valuable session for shop owners attending SEMA,” said Matt Curry, chief visionary officer of THS. “As the leader in delivering exclusive, full-scale hybrid vehicle services, our main focus is to provide real-world information about the rapidly-expanding HEV market, as well as training in our proprietary hybrid services, focused on how to diagnose, service, maintain and repair all hybrid vehicle systems, and how this arms attendees with essential skills to help them continue to grow their businesses, serve new market segments, and maximize their profits.”

THS also will be exhibiting at the SEMA Show 2014 from Nov. 4-7 at booth No. 10218, Tools & Equipment, North Hall, and will host a Hybrid Celebration Party at the Boombox at Marquee Nightclub on Wednesday, Nov. 5.
