Snap-on now offers a range of diagnostic multimedia training courses, at no charge, on its website at http://diagnostics.snapon.com/trainingsolutions. The courses are designed to help professional technicians learn how to use the many features and capabilities associated with Snap-on’s variety of diagnostic platforms. Training is available for VERUS, VERDICT, MODIS, SOLUS Ultra, SOLUS PRO, ETHOS and Vantage PRO, in addition to the ShopKey Management System.

“Our online training courses, narrated by expert technicians, take users through the latest diagnostic techniques, from basic to advanced levels,” said Jim Moritz, national training support representative, Snap-on Diagnostics. “Our intent is to provide quality product training that is available to technicians 24 hours-a-day, seven days a week, when it is most convenient for them. Technicians can revisit the training modules as often as necessary to learn at their own pace and comfort level.”

Technicians will learn how to make the most of their diagnostic tool capabilities. Included are guided lessons covering tool navigation, scanner terminology, global and OEM-specific functions, codes and data insights, how to use the power of functional tests, component testing, repair information, data file management and much more.
