SHIFTMobility, Inc. Launches ShopLite Basic And ShopLite Premium

mobilitylowSHIFTMobility introduces ShopLite, a fully mobile solution geared for independent repair centers. ShopLite is a vertically integrated solution connecting inventory and price lists to repair centers enabling immediate response to car owner’s service needs.

ShopLite’s comprehensive set of applications with a user-friendly intuitive design, brings a cohesive experience to repair centers by managing their shop, customers and supplier relationships.

“We’re excited to launch ShopLite Basic and Premium,” Pavana Jain, CEO of ShiftMobility, Inc. said. “We are the only automotive app offering a comprehensive solution that was built with shop owners’ input and geared to solve their everyday pain points.”

After industry research, Jain discovered that auto repair shops were repeatedly plagued with inaccurate estimates, erroneous part orders, limited access to illustrations and diagnostic tools and a lack of logistic efficiency. These factors significantly impact the bottom line and customer satisfaction. Not only did Jain seek to resolve these issues, she sought to create an app that would work on both mobile devices and browsers with no upgrades or maintenance necessary.

“Cars are mobile,” Jain explained, “customers driving the cars are mobile, now it is time for people who take care of cars to be mobile as well.”

How it works
A single user account provides access to both ShopLite Basic and Premium. Using ShopLite Basic on smartphones, shop owners can perform quick VIN based service job estimates and order parts from their preferred distributors, anywhere at anytime. This provides accurate part ordering that reduces returns and the overall service time per car.

ShopLite Premium on smartphones and tablets, provide functionality to manage the repair shop, customers and suppliers. Using ShopLite Premium, Shop owners can create and sell customized service packages, perform VIN based estimates, manage work orders, invoice, access OE data, perform diagnostics using illustrations and wiring diagrams, order brand

parts from preferred local distributors, track deliverers with e-signatures and obtain intelligence on customer car care patterns with service history. Service history and recommendations can be instantly accessed from a mobile device empowering shops to provide quality customer service without missing an opportunity to upsell.

The app also provides proactive customer service with alerts, appointments and loyalty rewards.

Business owners of repair centers can download ShopLite Basic and Premium from the AppStore or iTunes. Android and iPad users are encouraged to contact ShiftMobility at [email protected].
