SPX brand Robinair recently launched its newly re-designed website, www.robinair.com. The new site offers visitors more intuitive navigation and search functionality and enhanced tools for researching Robinair-specific product information and industry-related content.

Noteworthy features to the site include the new “Where To Buy” distributor locator, where users can now search for and locate distributors and service centers by name, zip code or state. Visitors to the site also have fewer pages to click through to locate information on the site and can sign up to receive information on new products, current product updates, promotions and announcements exclusive to mailing list recipients.

“The intent of the new Robinair website was to better serve current and prospective Robinair customers by improving online information and ease of use, including a new look, simple navigation tools and enhanced content to Robinair’s automotive aftermarket and HVAC-R product lines,” said Tim Wagaman, product manager of A/C Tools & Equipment at SPX Service Solutions. “By moving to a more customer-centric layout, visitors can access information based on their own needs rather than having to surf through items that may not be relevant to them. Going forward, we hope prospects and customers alike will take advantage of the robust online tool.”

The new homepage retains the same structure as the company’s OTC website, www.otctools.com, and incorporates new navigation features designed for ease of use, including a menu bar and customer-centric bookmarks offering access to a library of Tech Tips, industrial videos, online manuals and surveys. Quick access to new offers, rebates and warranty registrations can also be submitted online at the new site.

The company plans to add a dedicated area on the site for press releases and digital images as well. SPX also has plans to launch a new website dedicated to its TIF brand of electronic refrigerant leak detection products and refrigerant measuring devices.
