Research Shows One Vehicle Fire Occurs on Average Every Two Minutes

To help owners protect themselves and their passengers, H3R Performance offers a complete line of premium UL listed fire extinguishers and NHRA-approved billet aluminum mounting accessories. HalGuard “clean agent” extinguishers are a unique new offering that does not leave a messy residue.

According to the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), U.S. fire departments respond to an average of one highway vehicle fire every two minutes. NFPA reports that more people died as a result of vehicle fires than apartment fires, and that most highway vehicle fires result from either mechanical or electrical problems. In fact, sixty-five percent of the highway vehicle fires began in the engine, running gear or wheel area.

To help owners protect themselves and their passengers, H3R Performance offers a complete line of premium UL listed fire extinguishers and NHRA-approved billet aluminum mounting accessories. HalGuard “clean agent” extinguishers are a unique new offering that does not leave a messy residue – desirable when protecting all vehicles and most effective for classic collector, high performance, tuner, and race cars. MaxOut is a reliable line of dry chemical extinguishers.

MaxOut and HalGuard are UL-listed and legal in all 50 states. They are effective on flammable liquid fires and do not conduct electricity back to the operator – two important considerations when dealing with the types of fires most likely to occur in an automotive environment.

MaxOut and HalGuard are available in 1 and 2.5 lb. rechargeable red or chrome-plated bottles. They sport high quality steel cylinders, all metal valve construction, and aviation-quality mounting brackets. The billet aluminum mounts are available in polished and brushed finishes and offer flat surface or roll bar mounting options.

H3R Performance fire extinguishers and billet mounting accessories are available at leading specialty auto parts resellers. For a complete list of locations, visit www.h3rperformance.com or call (800) 249-4289.
