Raybestos Brand Continues to Pace Aftermarket in New Chassis Production

Impressive standard set with announcement of 596 new chassis numbers in 2009.

In January 2009, the Raybestos brand unveiled a line precision-machined and cost-effective chassis products that was easy to install and offered outstanding coverage for both foreign nameplate and domestic vehicles.  Since that time, the Raybestos brand has announced 596 new chassis product numbers, offering countermen and technicians more coverage than anyone else in the aftermarket.

Through the first 10 months of 2009, the Raybestos brand has already unveiled over 176 new tie rod numbers, more than 148 control arms and more than 82 sway bar links among the 596 new chassis products.

“When it comes to replacement chassis products, two things everyone in the industry can depend on from Raybestos Chassis are quality and consistency,” says Josh Russell, vice president of marketing, Affinia Global Brake and Chassis Group.  “We take a great deal of pride in being an aftermarket leader when it comes to the continual production of new chassis product numbers.”

New Raybestos coverage offerings are updated monthly and available to technicians in a variety of formats, including: the downloadable Raybestos eSelect program, the Raybestos brand web catalog service at www.raybestos.com and www.raybestoschassis.com and as PDF supplements available through your Raybestos sales representative. Nearly 10,000 technicians have downloaded new part numbers and carried-up applications using the eSelect program.
