PurePower Technologies has launched the 6.0L Power Stroke turbo designed for the aftermarket.

With more than $10 million invested in reman turbo production capabilities, PurePower now offers assembly, remanufacturing and 100 percent end-of-line testing for high-volume, high-quality turbos for light-, medium- and heavy-duty diesel truck engines.

“The launch of the 6.0L Power Stroke reman turbo is the culmination of extensive product research, development and testing,” said Jerry Sweetland, president and CEO, PurePower Technologies. “By leveraging our single-digit PPM remanufacturing processes, based on our OE heritage of supplying a full-range of fuel management products, we will deliver only the highest quality turbos to the aftermarket.”

With its expanded automated high-volume assembly operation, PurePower has the capacity to independently remanufacture turbos using a modular approach for an assortment of all makes wastegate and variable geometry turbochargers.

Certified to TS 16949, PurePower says its rigorous quality assurance standards and processes allow the company to develop products that stay ahead of market and regulatory trends, and to deliver quality, durability and fuel economy.
