Paul Noakes Racing Partners with Meritor for 2012 Season

Meritor Inc. is partnering with the Paul Noakes Top Alcohol Funny Car Racing Team as the team's title sponsor for the 2012 season. Along with new sponsors this season, the Noakes Racing TAFC Mustang will feature an all-new look.

Meritor Inc. is partnering with the Paul Noakes Top Alcohol Funny Car Racing Team as the team’s title sponsor for the 2012 season.

“We are really excited to be able to partner up with such an amazing company as Meritor,” said Ian Johnston, marketing manager for Noakes Racing. “Meritor is a great fit for drag racing when you look at the number of rigs hauling around all these race cars every weekend.

"Meritor and Euclid branded products have represented a significant part of my business over the years,” added Johnston, who also is the marketing manager for longtime Noakes sponsor Harman Heavy Vehicle Specialists, “and that’s why we are so excited to partner up with Meritor this year, their amazing support and top quality reputation.”

Along with new sponsors this season, the Noakes Racing TAFC Mustang will feature an all-new look.
