Northside Service Inc. is a full-service preventive maintenance and auto repairs center in the Lansing, Mich., area, and has been in business since 1967.

"We are humbled to win the Certified Service Center of the Year Award," said Northside Towing and Service Vice President Jeff Finley. "To be recognized as the leader in performance and sales against 700 or so other service centers speaks for itself.

"The training we receive from the Auto Wares group of companies to represent the Auto Value brand is truly amazing. We would like to thank all of our employees for their dedication to customer service in our business. Also, hats off to our Auto Value Parts Stores friends who work very hard to get us the right part the first time to get our customers back on the road."

"The Auto Value warranty of two years/24,000 miles is a huge advantage for us as well," Finley added. "We utilize that as a great marketing tool, and that sets us apart from the rest. I also have to thank our teams in our DeWitt and Potterville stores, too. We are all one big team in three different locations and most importantly, we’re all a big family."
