Effective Jan. 15, Spectra Premium now offers product technical support via a “live chat” option available on its website.
Spectra Premium customers, professional technicians or DIY consumers can now chat online with a Spectra Premium product technician by visiting www.spectrapremium.com and clicking on the online support icon to start a live chat session.
This new service will be available from Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. If a product technician is not available an email message option is available, and follow-up is assured. Technical support is also offered via Spectra Premium’s tech support hotline at 1-800-363-8533.
