NASCAR Angels will soon feature two Parts Plus Car Care Centers who teamed with the reality TV show to help deserving motorists safely get back on the road, according to Mike Lambert, president of the Automotive Distribution Network.

“We’re proud that two of our Parts Plus Car Care Centers in the Los Angeles and Phoenix areas stepped to the plate for such a worthy cause, donating their time and effort in making extensive repairs that otherwise would have been impossible,” Lambert said. “Not only that, but these Car Care Centers also helped portray the independent installer in a more positive light to the general public. NASCAR Angels is a plus for the entire industry.”

The two Parts Plus Car Care Centers — California-based Culver Motor Clinic and Airpark Auto in Phoenix — will be featured in four total episodes with the next airings coming the week of July 2nd and July 30th. Check your local listings for specific dates and times. Parts Plus is a primary sponsor of NASCAR Angels, with TV spots airing on 38 episodes throughout 2007. In its first season to date, nearly 20-million viewers viewed NASCAR Angels on more than 200 stations across the United States. It is estimated that more than 50 million viewers will have tuned into NASCAR Angels when the first season is complete.

NASCAR Angels is broadcast in all major markets, usually on a local ABC affiliate on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon. Hosted by Rusty Wallace, a former NASCAR Cup Champion and current ABC/ESPN TV broadcaster, and Shannon Wiseman, a NASCAR.com reporter, NASCAR Angels hits the road each week with a different NASCAR driver and their “pit crew” from local shops. Together, they help deserving families and communities with their vehicle-maintenance needs.

The Automotive Distribution Network is one of the largest program groups in the automotive aftermarket, consisting of 47 members, 248 WD locations and $2.5-billion-plus in annual sales throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada and Australia.
