Tenneco Inc. has issued a new, tri-lingual Monroe ride control master catalog featuring one of the world’s most complete offerings of shock absorbers, struts, strut assemblies and related components for passenger vehicle and medium-duty applications. The catalog introduces more than 150 new part numbers for domestic and foreign-nameplate applications registered in North America, continuing the brand’s coverage expansion.

The new Monroe catalog is available in English, Spanish and French in both print and online versions (www.monroe.com, www.espanol.monroe.com and www.francais.monroe.com). Tenneco has added more than 700 application-engineered ride control units to the Monroe product line over the past five years.

“Service providers rely on Monroe to develop custom-engineered ride control solutions for virtually any passenger vehicle they repair, including late-model domestic and import applications,” said Bill Dennie, director of ride control channel management, North American aftermarket, Tenneco. “We continue to deliver on this promise through our aggressive investment in new technologies and exceptional coverage.”

The new catalog features expanded coverage of premium, application-engineered Monroe Sensa-Trac shocks and struts; Monroe Reflex shocks and struts, including Reflex monotube shock absorbers for light trucks; Monroe Quick-Strut assemblies; Strut-Mate strut mounting kits; and Max-Lift gas-charged lift supports.

The print version of the catalog also highlights the Monroe brand’s limited lifetime consumer warranty and exclusive 90-day risk-free Safe & Sound guarantee. The Safe & Sound guarantee allows consumers to try Monroe Sensa-Trac shocks and struts, Monroe Reflex shocks and struts, and Gas-Magnum shocks on a risk-free basis for 90 days. If the customer is not satisfied, he or she can receive a refund for the purchase price plus labor of up to $50 per axle. (See www.monroe.com for details.)
