Customers can call 866-773-4458 to obtain replacement software, manuals, account credits and other relief.

"In the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, both families and businesses in the Gulf States are faced with a long and daunting road to recovery," said Jim Lindner, CEO and chairman of Mitchell. "Our heartfelt sympathies and support go out to all those who have suffered a loss, or are afflicted with hardship on account of recent events. We hope this relief line will make it just a little bit easier for some to get back on their feet."
