As we enter October – Breast Cancer Awareness Month — JohnDow Industries does so with renewed enthusiasm for their Fuel Chief brand’s fundraising campaign for Breast Cancer Research – “Caddy for a Cause.”

Introduced in mid-2011, JDI began contributing $10 to this research for every Fuel Chief FC-25GC 25- Gallon Steel Gas Caddy sold. The original program for 2011 was extended thru December of 2012.  JohnDow has communicated the campaign with visibility thru product packaging, JDI shirts, trade show exposures, sales flyers, the JDI website, email blasts, media releases, and distributor and sales rep communications.

The Numbers Are Alarming!

Every 23 Seconds — Someone in the world is diagnosed with breast cancer!

Every 69 Seconds — Someone dies from this horrific disease!

In The Year 2011 — An estimated 290,000 new cases of breast cancer were diagnosed!

JDI management stated that “the Fuel Chief products (portable fuel storage and handling) are about safety and saving lives so it is a natural partnership.  We want to give back to this very worthy cause that is nearly an epidemic”.

Fuel Chief’s FC-25GC Gas Caddy has achieved UL Listing status while also complying with OSHA guidelines.  JohnDow is the only manufacturer with these safety credentials and is the largest manufacturer of gas caddies in North America.

JDI is a manufacturer of automotive shop equipment and supplies.  Brands include: Fuel Chief-Portable Fuel Storage & Handling; Crew Chief-Used Oil & Fluid Handling; EuroVent-Vehicle Exhaust Extraction Systems; JohnDow-Automotive Service Equipment; and Dynamic-Automotive Fasteners & Supplies.
