Four Seasons Inc. Shows its ‘Green’ Side

Four Seasons Inc., a leader in the aftermarket parts industry, recently displayed its remanufactured compressors in the Green Zone during AAPEX to highlight its environmentally-friendly manufacturing processes.

“We have always been thinking ‘green,’ long before it became popular,” said Benny Araujo, marketing manager for Four Seasons. “In fact, remanufacturing has been recycling for more than 50 years. Reman saves valuable resources by re-using them for a valuable product.”

By remanufacturing its compressors, Four Seasons keeps parts out of the re-smelting process longer, using fewer raw materials in the long run, keeping millions of tons of metals out of landfills and reducing air pollution. Energy savings worldwide in a year equals the electricity generated by five nuclear power plants or 10 million barrels of crude oil. In addition, Four Seasons is constantly looking at changing how they do other things, like packaging, to be more environmentally friendly.

Four Seasons is the largest compressor remanufacturer in the world. With state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in the U.S. and Mexico, all Four Seasons remanufactured compressors will consistently adhere to the strictest of quality standards.

The Green Zone at AAPEX was a special display area that featured products that service providers and retailers can sell to consumers to make their vehicles more efficient and environmentally friendly. It also showcased tools and diagnostic equipment used to repair alternative fuel vehicles, as well as suppliers that recycle waste or remanufacture parts, or that have environmentally-friendly aftermarket parts.
