“Our members have really turned our sponsorship of the Federated Auto Parts 400 into a great opportunity to interact with customers and grow business,” said J.R. Bishop, director of motorsports and event marketing for Federated Auto Parts. “From running contests and bringing customers to the race to partnering with our suppliers to host a vendor expo, the Federated Auto Parts 400 has become a cornerstone of our promotional efforts.”

On race day, Federated spokesperson Kenny Schrader, along with the “Two Guys,” Kevin Byrd and Willie B, will present the winner of the Federated 4-Wheelin Sweepstakes with their grand prize: a completely refurbished and upgraded Federated Jeep Wrangler JK. The Federated Jeep was featured during an episode of “Two Guys Garage” this season.

Many Federated supplier partners will be in attendance at RIR to help sponsor race weekend events and participate in the vendor expo, including Airtex, BCA Bearings, Dayco, Denso, Dorman, East Penn, Federal-Mogul, Gates, Hastings, KYB, Peak, Raybestos, Remy, Standard, Stant, Tenneco, Trico, VDO and WIX.

“I’m once again excited to welcome Federated Auto Parts to Richmond International Raceway for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series regular season finale,” said Dennis Bickmeier, president of Richmond International Raceway. “Federated Auto Parts has become part of the RIR family and has been for years. With its headquarters in Staunton, Virginia, they provide another strong tie to the Commonwealth of Virginia here at RIR. Not only is Federated Auto Parts the entitlement partner for the regular season finale in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, you can see hundreds of their guests out here on property during race weekend. We’re thrilled to partner with Federated Auto Parts, and look to what the future holds.”
