The Equipment and Tool Institute (ETI) has released its two latest market research studies for purchase. Both are available on the website at www.etools.org/ETIMarketResearch.
ETI surveyed the automotive repair market regarding Information Access to find out what information resources technicians are using in the repair of vehicles and how they are using the information, and also surveyed automotive repair facilities to find out more about their familiarity with and use of flash reprogramming tools and any new information involved with flash reprogramming. The findings of these research studies have proven to be very helpful and enlightening to ETI members and other automotive aftermarket parties who received the research at ToolTech 2013.
ETI uses this research to help all segments of the automotive industry provide aftermarket shops with better tools, equipment, products and information solutions.
Previous Market Research Studies have included J2534 Reprogramming ’09, J2534 Update, TPMS, Telematics, Collision Repair, A/C Service, Hybrid and Battery Service.
