Elite has announced that the company will be hosting its “Fly with the Eagles” shop management seminar series June 20-23 in San Diego, California.

The AMI accredited course will be presented by Elite coach Joe Marconi, who is regarded as one of the top shop owners in the country, and is the cofounder of autoshopowner.com. Interested shop owners have the option of attending the entire four-day series, or choosing the day(s) of their choice.

Here is what each day will cover:

• June 20th –  Understanding the Financials and Key Performance Indicators of a Successful Auto Repair Business
• June 21st –  How to Find and Hire the Top Technicians and Service Advisors
• June 22nd – How Shop Owners Can Bring Out the Best in Their Employees Through Effective Shop Management
• June 23rd – Marketing Plans and Strategies That Bring the Right Customers Into the Shop
