DENSO Sales California has announced availability of a new 2013 Wiper Blade catalog (No. WB-CAT-1112) for its First Time Fit wiper blade line. The expanded catalog includes 1,500 new applications including model year 2012 vehicles and features product information in three languages: English, Spanish and French.

Other changes to the 2013 catalog include:

• 82 total and 22 new beam-style wiper blade part numbers;

• More than 24,000 total applications, including 1,500 new applications; and

• Coverage for more than 235 million total units in operation (UIO)

Additionally, DENSO’s line of First Time Fit premium conventional-style OE-quality all metal-construction wiper blades are now available with an OE-style adapter pre-installed, simplifying installation right out of the box, the company says. A multi-clip adaptor is still also included to accommodate other attachment types.

DENSO also announced that its new wiper blade packaging design features a QR Code, allowing customers and technicians to scan for quick access to DENSO’s new wiper mobile site, right from their smartphone. This site features up-to-date product information, application information and installation instructions. The mobile site shows a product performance demonstration video as well. The QR Code was invented by and is a registered trade mark of DENSO WAVE Inc.

According to the company, the DENSO First Time Fit wiper blade program now provides 99 percent demand coverage and OE-standard quality for professional technicians. To help kick off this major program enhancement, the DENSO Fall Stock-up Promotion offers unique terms and discounts available to warehouse distributors and counter pros and runs through Dec. 31.

The catalog covers automotive, light truck and van applications and includes wiper blade sizes ranging from 12 inches to 29 inches long. To obtain a copy of the 2013 wiper blade catalog or any other DENSO catalog, contact your local DENSO representative or call 1-888-96-DENSO (Option 2).
