Champion Laboratories has introduced an upgrade to its online ordering process. Easily accessed at http://www.champlabs.com under the “Catalog” link, the online ordering page has been expanded to include a “Contact” option. When this link is accessed, the visitor is taken to a page where general account registration information can be entered, and specific questions about Champion Laboratories products can be asked. When the form is submitted, it is sent to a Champ Labs customer service representative who will facilitate the set-up of an account for the visitor or supply the responses to any questions.

“We wanted to provide our web users with a user-friendly alternative method for contacting us. We want to make it more user-friendly to get set up on the web,” said Teresa Schnautz, EDI coordinator for Champion Laboratories.

The new online ordering Contact page is just the first in what Schnautz says will be a series of upgrades to the current online ordering process, with plans for enhanced order notification and tracking, inventory tracking and warehouse shipping details in the development stage.
